Seven tips to turn a business travel into a relaxing break

A business travel doesn’t always have to consist out of work. Here are seven tips to make business travel more enjoyable:

1. Extend your business trip with one or two days to enjoy the area/country.
2. Make sure you finish all the work that needs to be done before you go, so that you don’t have to worry about that during the business trip.
3. Exercise during the business trip can help you relax.
4. Try not to plan all the meetings in one day.
5. Focus on anything else than your mobile phone and email.
6. Reading a book can be a way to escape from work.
7. Relax in an airport spa.
